Learn how to perform and teach the advanced exercises (Level 3) Comprehensive Level 3 training on Mat, Reformer, Tower/Cadillac, High/Low Chair, Barrels, Ladder Barrel, Power Circle, Ped’o’pol, Jump board, foot corrector, sand-bag and towel.

Learn how to deliver Level 3 group Mat & Reformer classes.

Add on how to successfully deliver a group Chair Class.

Improve your ability to see in the body and correct.

Prerequisites:
Completion of PPC2 + Completion of Pre-Course Module 1 which is supplied upon sign up of course.
