Gain greater understanding on how to perform & teach the full method.
Learn how to perform and teach the advanced exercises (Level 3) Comprehensive Level 3 training on Mat, Reformer, Tower/Cadillac, High/Low Chair, Barrels, Ladder Barrel, Power Circle, Ped’o’pol, Jump Board, Foot corrector, Sandbag and Towel.
Learn how to deliver Level 3 group Mat & Reformer classes.
Add on how to successfully deliver a Chair Class.
