MAT CERTIFICATION
The Peak Pilates® Mat Certification program provides a solid foundation in classical Pilates mat work and prepares you to safely and successfully instruct Pilates mat classes. Our classical Mat Certification is a progressive and systematic two-part series that allows you to complete each level of the program at your own pace. You must complete each of the three levels in order: Level 1 and then Level 2/3
They are a blended learning of online study with live modules to bring the online study to life and test out!

2 LEVEL MODULAR PATHWAY
This consists of two levels, Level 1 and Level 2/3
LEVEL 1 CLASSICAL MAT
Dive in and explore the mat. Add another tool to your teaching toolbox that will allow you to add extra income teaching Pilates Mat Classes. Pilates is as popular as ever and students are looking for well taught classes, so arm yourself with the knowledge and skills you need to teach confidently with the Peak Pilates® Level I Level I Classical Mat Course. This certification is offered as online plus live. The online course contains a wealth of materials in the way of Exercise Reference Guides, Videos, Class Planning Charts, and more. Not only will you learn the mat exercises, you will learn fundamentals and add-ins to accelerate your students learning and keep things fresh. Once you'd completed the online study, you will meet with the Master instructor on the planned Live Modules to bring that training to life and then test out.
